We are looking for an experienced, skilled Training Facilitator to join our training team at TSU Training Solutions, Cape Town.

Requirements:

Formal schooling and qualifications:

Grade 12.

ETDP Course.

Qualified and registered as a SASSETA Assessor and Moderator.

Registered as a PFTC Assessor and Moderator.

PSIRA Certification Grade A.

Holds SAPS Competencies for Handgun, Shotgun, Self-loading Rifle and Manual Operated Rifle.

Range officer for Private Use and Business Purposes.

Range officer for Tactical Related Courses.

Note: ETDP, Assessor, Moderator and Range Officer Courses can be presented by TSU.

Experience:

2 Years in the Private Security Industry or Organs of the State.

2 Years Experience as a Range Officer and Tactical Range Officer.

SME on weapons and skills training.

Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in Training and Facilitation.

Registered and an active member with the weapon’s regulatory bodies.

• Development and maintain of facilitation materials and assessment tools

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and train new TSU and AM members with the emphasis on presenting SASSETA/PFTC Unit Standard affiliated Training & Qualifications.

Deliver compliance and re-training of current TSU and AM Operational Security Officers that is currently deployed at Sibanye Cooke Operations as and when needed. (Sibanye Stillwater, Westonaria)

Deliver training and re-training of current TSU Operational Security Officers as well as external clients as and when needed.

Ensure the direct work area is always neat and tidy.

Ensure the physical resources that will be used for presenting training programs is arranged as and when needed.

Ensure administrative procedures as described by the regulators that is followed by TSU Training Solutions and as required for learner registrations and qualifications as necessary.

Comply with all verification and assessment procedures as needed by the regulatory bodies.

The Research, Development, and maintenance of Current and New Training Material.

Remuneration:

Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
