Area Supervisor

The Area Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all security related activities on site as well as the performance of the guards on site. The main purpose is to continuously improve service quality and guard performance by reducing complaints per guard, meeting or exceeding objectives and targets, enhancing guard force productivity, and minimizing customer complaints. Additionally, the aim is to to decrease theft and property damage cases at customer sites, reduce sick leave, increase the number of arrests per guard where possible, and lower the occurrence of incidents, accidents, and injuries on-site.

Minimum requirements:

Psira Grade A – registered and up to date
Grade 12
Medical Level 1-3
Firefighting course
Driver’s License Code 8
Firearm Competency – Handgun
Business purposes – Handgun
Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Supervisor
Neat and well-groomed
No criminal record
